All orders ship free if shipped to an address in the lower 48 states, excluding items 42 inches and longer.

Q4. What happens if an item is on back order?

If some items are on back order at the time of the order, we will ship you the in stock item immediately and the remaining item will ship as soon as its replenished. No additional shipping charges are applied.

Q5. What if my item arrived damaged?

Contact us and we will find the best outcome for our clients. 

Q6. Is there a warranty on the product I buy?

Manufacturer warranties vary by product, but we stand behind all of the products we sell and are very happy to work with our customers directly to resolve issues relating to product performance.

Q7. Does Harcher Supply charge sales tax?

Harcher Supply collects sales tax for orders shipping to California. Please note that you may be responsible for paying sales tax in states where we do not collect it.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted. Payment by PayPal, check, money order, personal check, or wire transfer are also acceptable.
